Dear Team,

Starting March 1st, we will implement a new security policy for our office building. All employees must follow these updated guidelines:

• ID badges must be worn visibly at all times while in the building
• Visitors must be registered at the front desk and accompanied by an employee
• Access to the server room is restricted to IT staff only
• Personal belongings left in common areas after 6 PM will be removed
• Emergency exits must remain unlocked during business hours

Please note that the parking garage will require key card access starting March 15th. New key cards will be distributed next week. The old magnetic stripe cards will stop working on March 14th.
